The Honourable Joseph Cordiano, Minister of Economic 
Development and Trade, forwarded your letter suggesting rule 
changes for poker to my attention. 

I asked Joe Fotia, retired OPP Gaming Specialist, to review 
your suggestions. Mr. Fotia concluded that the rules that 
are currently in place are made for the general public and 
are fair. 

These are also the rules approved by the Alcohol and Gaming 
Commission of Ontario that our facilities must follow.
